Our Story
Waroeng Snoepen
We started this small scale home industry back in 2015 inside small shop house near Sukasari Police Sector HQ. Then in February 2016 moved to Rumah Serba Guna E1–H Pondok Hijau, still in Gegerkalong, Sukasari city of Bandung.
Listed as founder,owner and baker: Djaka & Prima.
Djaka was in customer service industry during his 14 years abroad and Prima’s basic education is an architect. With their 24 years live in overseas combined experience, although it’s small home bakery, they’re hoping to bring not just tasty products but another experience of services.
Snoepen itself means snacking in Dutch as our initial products mostly Dutch East Indies snacks such as; Poffertjes, Ontbijtkoek, Frutten Cake, Kaastengels and so on.
As we always search ways to improves, develops and introduces new products and after trials & errors every 3 day in three months in 2017 we released butter croissant and its variant. Until today we bake hundreds butter croissant daily for our outlet and coffee shops in Bandung/West Java. Other best seller are our toast bread and pull bread.
Ingredients
We use dairy in most of our bakery products.
We uses French, Belgian and New Zealand butter.
